The truth, what's good and what's not
The location offers a serene environment, away from the bustling crowds, while still being close to major attractions. Our spacious room was beautifully designed with lovely views into the adjoining park....

The room was tidy, romantic and included a safe and big windows. The breakfast served was large with fresh fruit and such as eggs cooked to order, as for instance.

A Cozy Gem with Excellent Service
Enjoyed three peaceful nights in the Premium Double Room. The staff offered very nice recommendations, especially Milo at the front desk. Don't miss the outdoor terrace for breakfast. The pastries were divine! Just be aware of stair access for some rooms if mobility is an issue.

their satff and cooperation if we ask about material that we need during pour stay.
I would rated this hotel as two or three stars hotel maximum. I was decieved and shocked as it is rated as five stars hotel in internet web page. Room are stated for three occumpants in one bed room and beds just facing each others no roomto walk in between, bath room door with no lock?, small TV screen? It is absolulety does not worth the money we paid for the stay.

the catering staff, as well as the room and baggage service staff were very friendly
They say that a good hotel is distinguished from one that is not by the friendliness of its staff. The hotel had been paid for 2 months before (October 2019). leaving only the municipal tax to be paid at the establishment, checking in. receptionist asked us for a bank card and as the card number did not match the one used for payment, he did not want to accept it, It was explained to him that the previous one had expired in October 2019 (shortly after paying for the reservation) and that this was the new one. He was not satisfied and this put us in a very uncomfortable situation because we did not know how to prove it. Finally. with our mobile phone we accessed our bank and showed him the accounts, until he was satisfied, we left the hotel and paid the tax (in cash. by the way), we asked for explanations and answer was that it was in case a customer gave them a card and when they went to charge that amount the bank told them it was false, No five-star hotel would behave in this way. expressing that total distrust towards their client, much less for 50 Euros, Brutta figura. We go every year at this time to Florence. we won't come back to this hotel,

The hotel messed up our room reservation, forcing us into a room with a noisy environment between the office and warehouse. The shower was outdated, and the windows couldn't open. When we asked for a different room, we were outright denied, frustrating given the circumstances.

The hotel is in a lovely, safe neighborhood just a short walk from many of Florence's famous attractions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast options and the peaceful garden filled with lemon trees, which provided a perfect spot for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was helpful in arranging family-friendly activities. We were able to enjoy the nearby park, which was perfect for our kids to play.
